Pre-heat griddle over medium heat (190°C /375°F) until drops of water sizzle and evaporate quickly. Grease griddle if necessary. Mix all ingredients as directed in table below, with wire whisk until smooth. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter on hot griddle. Cook until bubbles break on surface and edges just begin to dry. Turn; cook other sides about 1 minute or until golden. for thinner pancakes, stir in additional milk: for thicker pancakes, stir in additional powder mix. Pre-Heat waffle iron (grease waffle iron if necessary). Mix 2 cups Pancake Mix.l 1/2 cups milk (360ml), 1 egg and 1/4 cup vegetable oil (60ml), with wire whisk until smooth. Pour batter from cup or pitcher on center of hot waffle iron. Bake until steaming stops or until golden. Remove waffle carefully.
