Quinoa has a delicate flavor, crunchy texture and comes in many varieties including white, black and red and can be used in salads, soups or as a light, fluffy side dish.

Use it to accompany stir fries and curries, in soups and hotpots, serve herbed with fresh fish, and create wonderful salads as main meals or side dishes.
