Beekeeping and Research Center viz The Beekeeping Shop, is a pioneer company involved in beekeeping and marketing of bee products for more than twenty-five years since 1996. The company supports rural small farmers in production and marketing of quality bee products for sustainable beekeeping development in Nepal. It aims to promote and improve the beekeeping situation in Nepal and upgrading the quality of Nepalese honey to the extent to increase export possibilities.

The Beekeeping Shop, promotes unifloral varietal honey which has a distinctive flavor or other attribute due to its being predominantly from the nectar of unique plant species. Our production ranges varietals of natural honey from the indigenous flora of pristine sub-Himalayan tract of rural Nepal such as Chiuri (Butter Tree), Rudilo (Pogostemon benghalensis), Buckwheat, Mustard, Litchi and more. Produced by small farmers across sub-Himalayan tract of Nepal, the honey is carefully selected and checked in quality and taste. Honey in KASTI and TBS brands from The Beekeeping Shop is 100% pure and natural. Raw unprocessed Natural Honey in above varietal and Local Bees Mixed Flower Honey are also available.  Other products include beeswax and beeswax products like beeswax candles and beeswax cream. The Beekeeping Shop further supports beekeepers with beekeeping equipment, honey quality control training and beekeeping extension services.
