Bardinet Crème De Menthe
A sweet, mint liqueur made primarily with corsican mint steeped in grain neutral spirit and sugar. It is available commercially in both clear ("white") and green.
Tasting Notes:
Aroma: a subtle smell of fresh cream well enhanced with the balanced notes of fresh mint.
Taste: the taste is rather fresh and subtle as it allows a fresh feel in the mouth.
Finish: the finish is rather smooth and generous leaving the fresh minty balance in the end.
