The Bin 2 is composed of 65% Shiraz and 35% Mourvedre. The wine was aged for around 8 months in used French and American oak barriques. The concentrated bouquet shows aromas of blackberries, plums, cherries, muscat, carnations, forest soil, pepper, undergrowth and violets. Concentrated on the palate, velvety, juicy, spicy, lots of sweet fruit, balanced, quite delicate wood, lots of charm and a long finish.
