Reserve Adelaide hills pinot noir has a bright ruby red colour with crimson hues. Spicy and aromatic, layered with sour cherry fruit flavours and stylish oak with a refined finish. Fresh yet savoury with lifted summer berry fruits, elements of exotic spices and integrated cinnamon oak. On the palate this stylish wine is fleshy, spicy and layered with complex cherry flavours. The influence of the oak is subtle and the structure is delicate with finely textured tannins and balanced acidity leading to a lingering, clean and savoury finish. An ideal accompaniment to roast duck or mushroom ragu with polenta.
