Description

Appearance is clear. Grainy pastry dough, dried lemon peel, and light juniper, and peppery spice aromas. A round entry leads to an oily dryish medium body of creamy lemon custard, talc, and herbal juniper flavors. Finishes with a soft, lemon oil, cinnamon pastry frosting, and mineral fade. A nice soft gin to try on the rock or for smooth martinis.
