Gundruk, one of our national dishes, is prepared by fermenting leaves of green vegetables like mustard, cauliflower or radish. To some of us, Gundruk may be only a change in taste from daily greens, but to many of us, Gundruk is one of our favourites. Rayo ko saag ko Gundruk from Baglung, smells and tastes great by consumed as soup i.e. Sinki ko jhol. It is also highly delicious when made pickle from it i.e. Gundruk ko achar and is a very popular dish in Nepal
