How to prepare?
1. Heat the water a little below the boiling temperature.
2. Add one gram of orthodox whole leaf tea for 250 ml (one cup of water) in a pot with a strainer.
3. Add the water to the pot.
3. Steep the tea for two minutes (do not over step).
4. Miyo Ilam (orthodox whole leaf tea) tea is ready to be served.
5. Enjoy the bliss of hills.
