Job Description	A Management Intern will have to work in various departments of the organization as per allocation made on the basis of candidates’ capacity and specialization under the supervision of senior or the CEO of the company. Duties and Responsibilities. Main duty of candidates will be to acquire as much knowledge he can about the organization and to prepare him for a managerial role. The candidate will have to become aware of the ecommerce business practices of the organization and is expected to spend time observing experienced staff of the organization in order to learn about the necessary methods and procedures. The candidate is required to involve with senior management, marketing manager, sales executive, and graphic designers in order to set goals and objectives to get the job done. You should monitor progress with the help of key staff of the organization along with learning Front and Back end activities performed by different departments of the organization as you are allocated. Skills and Specifications A management trainee is required to have good interpersonal skills as you have to interact with the staff of different departments on a regular basis. You should be a quick learner with higher level of self-efficacy. Self confident, approachable personnel with leadership skills are the prerequisites in being successful in this profession. Resourceful and well – organized personnel. Education and Qualifications Students at the final year of graduation in affiliation to any recognized university/college from the program of commerce or information technology are requested to apply.
