Palate: A medium to full bodied textured palate that is long and fine with soft gentle tannin.
Vintage Conditions: Cool in early spring, a hot spell in early November and a mild summer with timely rainfall, produced a classic Barossa vintage.
Winemaking: Fruit is sourced from a range of terroirs across the Barossa Valley and the resulting wines show plumpness, structure, perfume and finesse.
Wine Analysis: Alc/Vol : 14.5% pH : 3.58 TA : 6.2 g/L
Cellaring: Now or over the next 8-10 years in a good cellar.
Suggested Cuisine: Slow cooked shoulder of lamb.
