Grapes were whole bunch pressed and the juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks for 35 – 40 days then left to settle for approx 2 months.
Off dry with aromas of quince and pear. Tropical fruits on the palate, minerally with notable acidity and sweetness on the finish.
